Raining and pouring

I seriously have no time for this today, but I know that if I file it away for later, nothing will ever come of it. So I'm filing it away publicly for later--in hopes of shaming myself into following up when I'm not on deadline.

What I have no time for today (something I heard about thanks to these guys who reprint press releases and call them news):
