Crossword 2

After about a zillion drafts, I'm ready to release the second Speaking as a scientist, etc. crossword puzzle. This one's topical! (Just don't get too war far out on Wilson.)

If you'd rather not jack around with the Java-applet version, here is a printable PDF of the puzzle. I'll post the answers when I'm good and ready (they're not uploaded yet, so it's no use fishing around the server trying to find them.) Major thanks to my playtester, Holly. You're the best one.

If you do not have Java installed you can obtain it from java.com. If do have Java you may need to check your security settings to make sure that applets are enabled, especially if you are viewing the puzzle from your hard disk. In Windows XP you may be able to enable the applet by clicking on the yellow bar at the top of the window and selecting "Allow blocked content".
